Paper Bags:
Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins,
and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made
before the files are sent for production.
📐 Size & Bag Layout
- Please ensure the correct paper bag size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Take note of bag structure including sides, base, and fold areas.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Avoid placing important content too close to fold lines or edges.
⚠️ Safe Area & Folding Allowance:
Please keep all important text, logos, and key elements at least
10–15mm away from edges, fold lines, and the bottom area
to avoid issues during folding and finishing.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production schedules.
