Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins and color setup).
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before proceeding to production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the Magnetic Badge size selected on this page.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if the design extends to the edge.
- Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 3–5mm from the trim edge.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for best print quality.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.
📏 1) Size Selection
- Please ensure the selected Magnetic Badge size matches your artwork exactly.
- Incorrect sizing may cause trimming or alignment issues.
🧾 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the artwork is print-ready and matches the selected specifications.
⏳ 3) Artwork Submission
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
