Magnetic Vehicle Signs: Our team will perform a basic artwork check on size, margins, and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly for production.

📐 Size Selection

  • Please ensure the correct magnetic sign size is selected when placing your order.
  • Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
  • Incorrect sizing may result in trimming or fitting issues on the vehicle surface.

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI / high-resolution JPG.
  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
  • Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
  • Ensure artwork is flattened and print-ready before uploading.

⚠️ Safe Area & Usage Notice:
Please keep all important text, logos, and key elements at least 5–10mm away from the edges. Magnetic signs should be applied only on flat, clean metal surfaces for best adhesion and durability.

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the uploaded artwork matches the selected size and specifications.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery timelines.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
  • All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
