Metallic Stickers: Our team will review your artwork files for margins, layout, cutting setup and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made where necessary before sending the files directly for production.

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 300dpi recommended (minimum 150dpi).
  • Fonts: All fonts must be converted to outlines or embedded.
  • Please ensure artwork is flattened and print-ready.

✨ Metallic Effect Notice:
Metallic stickers use special metallic material. Colours printed on metallic surfaces may appear different from standard vinyl stickers. Light colours and white areas will allow the metallic base to show through.

⚠️ White Ink Area (If Applicable):
If your design requires areas to appear non-metallic, please clearly indicate white ink areas using a separate layer or spot colour as instructed. Unspecified areas may appear metallic by default.

✂️ Cutting & Safe Area:
Keep all important text, logos and elements at least 3–5mm away from the cutting line to avoid trimming issues.

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) complete artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time

  • Artwork files must be uploaded before 5.00pm.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery timelines.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please share your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

  • You may add multiple artwork files with the same specifications and quantity.
  • This helps save time when ordering multiple designs.
  • All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under the same item.
