Mini Handheld Flags: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly for production.

📐 Size Selection

  • Please ensure the correct Mini Handheld Flag size is selected when placing your order.
  • Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
  • Incorrect sizing may result in trimming or stitching issues.

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 300dpi at actual size (recommended for small prints).
  • Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
  • Ensure the artwork is flattened and print-ready.

⚠️ Safe Area & Stitching Allowance:
Please keep all important text, logos, and key elements at least 10–15mm away from the edges. Mini Handheld Flags usually require edge stitching, which may affect artwork placed too close to the borders.

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity to save time.
  • This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
