Our team will perform a basic file check (size, margins, artwork clarity, contrast & NFC-safe layout).
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before proceeding to production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the size selected on this page.
- Bleed: Not required for metal cards.
- Safe area: Keep important content at least 2–3mm from edges.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.
- Minimum line thickness: ≥ 0.3pt recommended.
📡 NFC Notice (Important)
Each card contains a built-in NFC chip. Please avoid placing very small text, thin lines,
or critical details directly over the NFC chip area to ensure readability and performance.
📌 1) Size Selection
- Please ensure the selected size matches your artwork exactly.
- Incorrect sizing may affect positioning or edge alignment.
🧾 2) Single / Double Sided Upload
- Single-sided print: only Artwork–Front Page upload will appear.
- Double-sided print: both Artwork–Front and Artwork–Back uploads will appear.
- Please upload the correct design to the corresponding section.
🎨 3) Artwork Design Tips (Metal + NFC)
- Use light colours or white for strong contrast on black metal.
- Avoid very small text, thin lines, or complex gradients.
- Solid vector artwork gives the sharpest engraving/printing result.
- Large solid areas may show slight texture — this is normal for metal finishing.
🔢 4) Variable Data (Serial No. / QR Code)
- Please provide an Excel file containing serial numbers or QR code data.
- Upload the Excel file in Additional Notes or together with your artwork.
- Clearly indicate how many pieces are required for each row of data.
- Example:
Order quantity = 2
Excel data rows = 10
Total output = 10 rows × 2 pcs = 20 NFC metal cards
⏳ 5) Artwork Submission
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM. Late uploads may affect production schedule.

- You may add items with the same specification and quantity but different artwork.
- This is not a split quantity for different designs.
