Perfect Bind Booklets: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files, including page size, margins, colour setup and print readiness. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made where necessary before the files are sent for production.

📘 Perfect Binding Notice
Perfect binding requires a spine area. Please ensure important text, logos and images are kept away from the spine edge to avoid trimming or glue binding issues.

📁 1) Accepted File Formats

  • Accepted formats: PDF or ZIP.
  • PDF format is strongly recommended for best print accuracy.

📄 2) PDF File Submission

  • Single PDF file:
    Please prepare your booklet in reading order and export as a final PDF.
  • If possible, please separate the Front Cover, Content Pages and Back Cover, then ZIP the files and upload.
  • If you are unable to separate the cover and content, you may upload one complete PDF file.

🗜️ 3) ZIP File Submission

  • ZIP all single-page PDFs in correct reading order.
  • Name files using sequence format, for example: 01_Filename.pdf, 02_Filename.pdf, 03_Filename.pdf.
  • Upload one (1) ZIP file only.

📐 4) Booklet Size & Page Setup

  • Please ensure the artwork size matches the selected booklet size.
  • Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
  • Pages must be arranged in reading order (do not impose spreads).
  • If your booklet contains blank pages, please leave them empty.

🎨 5) Artwork & Colour Setup

  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Recommended image resolution: 300dpi.
  • All fonts must be converted to outlines or embedded.
  • Keep important text and logos at least 10–15mm away from the spine edge.
  • Avoid placing critical elements too close to trim edges.

⬆️ 6) Artwork Upload Deadline

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification & Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
  • All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
