Personalized Hard Cover Wire-O Notebooks: Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins, page order, binding area, personalization setup and color). If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before proceeding to production.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
  • Artwork size must match the selected notebook size.
  • Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background extends to the edge.
  • Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 5mm from trim edges.
  • Wire-O binding margin: Leave at least 15mm on the binding side.
  • Color mode: CMYK recommended.
  • Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
  • Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.

📘 1) Artwork Layout (Hard Cover)

  • Prepare artwork according to the final notebook size and orientation.
  • If applicable, prepare separate files for cover and inner pages.
  • Cover artwork should follow the specified hard cover layout and trimming allowance.
  • Ensure all pages are arranged in the correct reading order.
  • Avoid placing important content near the Wire-O binding area.

🧷 2) Wire-O Binding Direction

  • Wire-O binding is typically on the left side, unless stated otherwise.
  • Please ensure artwork orientation matches the binding direction.

🔢 3) Personalization / Variable Data

  • This product supports personalized content (e.g. name, department, code, or message).
  • Please provide an Excel file containing all variable data.
  • Each row in the Excel file represents one personalized notebook.
  • Ensure column names clearly match the variable fields used in your artwork.
  • Do not include special formatting, colours or formulas in the Excel file.

⚠️ Important:
Variable data positioning must be clearly indicated in the artwork. Any mismatch between artwork and Excel data may affect personalization accuracy.

🧾 4) File Upload

  • Please upload one final artwork file per order item.
  • Upload the Excel file together with the artwork or include it in Additional Notes.

⏳ 5) Artwork Submission

  • Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
  • If you select Upload Later, please send files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This is not a split quantity for different designs.
