Photo Prints: Our team will perform a basic file check on image size, margins and print suitability. Minor adjustments may be made where necessary before proceeding to production.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

  • Recommended format: JPG / PNG / PDF
  • Resolution: 300dpi recommended for best print quality
  • Image size: Must match the selected print size
  • Colour mode: RGB or CMYK accepted
  • Avoid: Screenshots or low-resolution images
  • Important: Ensure image ratio matches print size to avoid cropping

📸 Upload Multiple Photos (Important)

  • You may upload multiple images with different quantities under the same order.
  • If uploading via ZIP file: please rename each file with quantity.
  • Example: photo1-5pcs.jpg, photo2-10pcs.jpg
  • Please ensure the total quantity matches your order quantity.
  • This applies only when all photos are printed in the same size.

🖼️ Image Quality Tips

  • Use original photos from camera or high-quality smartphone.
  • Avoid downloading images from social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) as they are compressed.
  • Bright and sharp images will produce better print results.
  • Do not enlarge small images excessively as it may cause blurriness.

⬆️ Artwork Upload

  • Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM. Late uploads may delay production.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] with your Order Number.
