Poster With Hard Board: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, bleed and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly for production.

📐 Size Selection

  • Please ensure the correct poster size is selected when placing your order.
  • Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
  • Incorrect sizing may cause trimming, border alignment or mounting issues.

⚠️ Important Notice (Hard Board Mounting)
This product includes mounting onto a hard board. Minor edge trimming may occur during finishing. Avoid placing important text, logos, faces, QR codes or borders too close to the edge.

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI / high-resolution JPG.
  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 300dpi at actual size (minimum 150dpi).
  • Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
  • Ensure all images are embedded (not linked) and artwork is flattened / print-ready.

✅ Bleed & Safe Area
Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background goes to the edge.
Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 5–10mm from the trim edge (recommended for better finishing and mounting results).

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.
  • Please upload final confirmed artwork only (avoid drafts).

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery timelines.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity to save time.
  • This option is not for splitting quantity across different designs.
  • All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
