Soft Cover Wire-O Notebooks:
Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins, binding side and color setup).
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before proceeding to production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the notebook size selected on this page.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background extends to edge.
- Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 5mm from trim edges.
- Binding margin (Wire-O side): Keep at least 12–15mm clear on the binding side.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.
📘 1) Artwork Layout & Page Setup
- Prepare artwork according to the selected notebook size.
- Ensure correct page orientation (portrait or landscape).
- Content must be aligned consistently across all pages.
- Avoid placing important elements near the Wire-O binding area.
🧷 2) Wire-O Binding Direction
- Wire-O binding is normally on the left side unless stated otherwise.
- Please ensure all pages are designed with the correct binding side.
- Incorrect binding setup may affect usability of the notebook.
🧾 3) File Upload
- Please upload one complete artwork file per order item.
- The file should include all pages in correct sequence.
- Cover and inner pages should be included as specified in your order.
⏳ 4) Artwork Submission
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
