Our team will perform a basic file check (size, margins & color). If there are minor issues, we may apply small corrections where necessary and proceed for production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Select the correct size before uploading (your artwork must match the selected size).
- PDF format is recommended (AI/PSD/JPG/PNG accepted).
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed if design has background color/image to the edge.
- Safe area: Keep logo/text at least 3–5mm inside from the edge.
- Resolution: 300dpi for best print quality.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Fonts: Outline fonts or embed fonts in PDF to avoid missing font issues.
📏 1) Sizes

Please make sure you select the correct card size when ordering. Your uploaded artwork must be in the same size.
- If “Custom Size” is selected: You can set the size on the next page within the range below:
- Height: 45mm – 55mm
- Width: 80mm – 90mm
🧾 2) Single Side / Double Side Upload
- Single-sided print: Only Artwork–Front upload button will be shown.
- Double-sided print: Both Artwork–Front and Artwork–Back upload buttons will be shown.

For double-sided, please upload two separate files (recommended): Front in Front box, Back in Back box.
File naming (recommended): Card-Front.pdf & Card-Back.pdf
⏳ 3) Artwork Submission

Artwork files should be uploaded before 5:00 PM. Late upload may delay production and delivery schedule.

and include your Order Number.
⚠️ Important Note: Please ensure your uploaded artwork is final and print-ready. Basic file checking will be done, but we do not redesign artwork.
➕ 4) Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

You can add another item with the same specification and quantity but with a different artwork to save time for multiple job orders.
Please take note: This is not a split-quantity order for different designs. -
Once you checkout, all options selected here will apply to all uploaded files under the same specification and quantity.
