Tarpaulin Banner: Our team will perform a basic file check on margins, size and color settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the file for production.

📐 Size Selection

  • Please ensure the correct banner size is selected when placing your order.
  • Artwork size must match the selected product size exactly (1:1 scale).
  • Incorrect sizing may result in trimming or layout issues.

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
  • Color mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
  • Fonts: Outline or embed all fonts.
  • All images and elements must be placed at final print size.

⚠️ Safe Area, Bleed & Eyelet Notice:
Please keep all important text, logos and key elements at least 30–50mm away from all edges. Edge areas are usually used for folding, stitching or eyelets and may not be fully visible after installation.

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
  • Artwork must be print-ready and follow the selected specifications.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your file via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity to save time.
  • This option is not for splitting quantity across different designs.
