Transparent Stickers: Our team will review your artwork files for margins, layout, cut line accuracy and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the files for production.

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 300dpi recommended (minimum 150dpi).
  • Fonts: All fonts must be outlined or embedded.
  • Please ensure artwork is flattened and print-ready.

🔍 Transparency Notice:
Transparent Stickers are printed on clear material. Areas without colour or white ink will remain fully transparent and allow the background surface to show through. Dark or colourful backgrounds may affect colour visibility.

⚠️ White Ink Requirement:
If you require colours to appear solid or vibrant, please clearly indicate white ink areas using a separate layer or spot colour. Areas without white ink will appear semi-transparent.

✂️ Cut Line & Safe Area:
Keep all important text, logos and key elements at least 3–5mm away from the cut line to prevent trimming issues.

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) complete artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the artwork size and specifications match your selected order options.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Deadline

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery timelines.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

  • This option is suitable for ordering multiple designs in one order.
  • All selected options will apply to every artwork under this item.
