Upload Artwork (UV DTF Stickers)

UV DTF Stickers: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for margins, layout, cut accuracy and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the files directly for production.

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 300dpi recommended (minimum 150dpi).
  • Fonts: All fonts must be outlined or embedded.
  • Flatten all artwork and ensure the file is print-ready.

✨ UV DTF Printing Notes:
UV DTF stickers are printed with white ink + colour + varnish and transferred onto surfaces. Artwork will be printed exactly as supplied, including shape and colour intensity.

⚠️ White Ink & Layering:
White ink is used as a base for UV DTF stickers. Do not rely on transparency effects. Semi-transparent colours, gradients or opacity effects may appear solid after printing.

✂️ Cut Shape & Safe Area:
If custom shapes are required, ensure the design is supplied as a clean vector shape. Keep all important text and logos at least 3–5mm inside the artwork edge to avoid trimming issues.

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) complete artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the artwork size matches the selected order specification.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification & Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks under the same specification and quantity.
  • This option is suitable for ordering multiple designs in one order.
  • All selected options will apply to every artwork uploaded under this item.
