Please follow the guidelines below to ensure the best printing result.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred)
- Artwork must stay inside the Printable Area (important text/logo).
- File must be in correct page arrangement: Front / Back (if applicable).
- Text & lines must not be too thin (to avoid broken or unclear print).
- 1C Silkscreen: Vector artwork only, ONE solid color (no gradient/tint).
- 4C UV Printing: CMYK artwork allowed (flatten layers before export).
📌 1) Choose Your Printing Type
- Silkscreen Printing (1C) — Single color printing (recommended for logo/text designs).
- UV Printing (4C) — Full color printing (recommended for colorful artwork).
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Printing position tolerance ±10mm
Canvas bag printing is done on fabric and may have slight position shifting.
Please avoid placing important text/logo too close to the printable edge.
📏 2) Printable Area & Size (Very Important)
Please download and follow the product template. Your artwork must stay inside the Printable Area.
Any design outside the printable area may be cut off or not printed.
📌 Common Printable Area Reference
- Silkscreen (1C) Printable Area examples:
- CT8-A3: 180mm × 290mm
- CTD12-A3: 310mm × 230mm
- UV Printing (4C) Printable Area example:
*Final printable area depends on selected model & template. Please follow the template provided.
🎨 3) Artwork Requirement by Printing Type
Silkscreen Printing (1C)
- Vector only (AI / PDF vector).
- ONE solid color only (no tint, no gradient, no shadow).
- If printing color is White, we recommend adding slightly thicker strokes for better clarity.
- Submit 1 PDF file only (remove all guideline/template notes before export).
UV Printing (4C)
- CMYK artwork allowed (full color).
- If your file contains many layers/effects, please flatten the artwork before exporting PDF.
- Use high resolution images where needed (recommended 300dpi).
- Submit in PDF format for best quality.
🔤 4) Minimum Text & Line Thickness (To Avoid Blur)
- Minimum font size: not smaller than 4mm height.
- Minimum line thickness (Normal printing):0.4mm and above.
- Reverse printing (light text on dark background): use thicker shapes for clarity.
- 1C printing: keep text & lines in ONE COLOR ONLY to avoid blurry output.
🧾 5) File Arrangement (Front / Back)
- 1-Sided printing: Page 1 / PDF 1 = Front
- 2-Sided printing:
- Page 1 / PDF 1 = Front
- Page 2 / PDF 2 = Back
⏳ 6) Artwork Submission Time
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM. Late uploads may affect production schedule.
