Wedding Cards: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, colour setup and print readiness. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made where necessary before the files are sent directly for production.

📐 1) Artwork Size & Layout

  • Please ensure the artwork size matches the wedding card size selected.
  • Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
  • Include sufficient margins to prevent important text or details from being trimmed.
  • If the card is folded, ensure front, inside, and back panels are positioned correctly.

🎨 2) Colour & Artwork Setup

  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Recommended image resolution: 300dpi.
  • Convert all fonts to outlines to avoid missing font issues.
  • Avoid very thin lines or light colours that may not print clearly.

⚠️ Important:
Colours may vary slightly due to paper type and printing process. This is normal and does not constitute a printing defect.

⬆️ 3) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size, orientation and print options.

⏳ 4) Artwork Upload Deadline

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00pm.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification & Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This option is not for splitting quantities across different sizes or finishes.
  • All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
