White Mug Prints:
Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, colour setup, and print readiness.
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made where necessary before the files are sent for production.
📐 1) Print Size & Layout
- Please ensure the artwork size matches the selected mug size.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Keep important elements away from the edges of the print area.
- For best results, centre the design within the printable area.
🎨 2) Artwork & Colour Setup
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Recommended image resolution: 300dpi.
- All fonts must be converted to outlines.
- Avoid very light colours or thin lines that may not print clearly.
⚠️ Important:
Final print colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to mug surface and heat transfer printing process.
⬆️ 3) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected specifications.
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery timelines.
