Poster with PP Hollow Board:
Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files, including size, margins, bleed, and colour settings.
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly for production.
📐 Size Selection
- Please ensure the correct poster size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Incorrect sizing may cause trimming or mounting issues.
⚠️ Important Notice (PP Hollow Board)
PP Hollow Board is a lightweight, hollow-structure material.
Minor alignment or trimming tolerance may occur compared to foam board or hard board.
Please avoid placing important text, logos, faces, or QR codes too close to the edges.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI / high-resolution JPG.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 300dpi at actual size (minimum 150dpi).
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Ensure artwork is flattened and print-ready before uploading.
✅ Bleed & Safe Area
Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background reaches the edge.
Safe area: Keep all important content at least
5–10mm away from the trim edge to avoid cutting issues.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.
- Only final, confirmed artwork will be processed.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
