Presentation Folders Printing: Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins, die-cut / fold area and colour setup). If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before proceeding to production.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
  • Artwork size must match the size selected on this page.
  • Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background extends to the edge.
  • Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 5mm away from trim, fold and pocket/glue areas.
  • Colour mode: CMYK recommended.
  • Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
  • Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.

⚠️ Important — Presentation Folder Layout
Presentation folders include die-cut lines, fold lines, pocket flaps and glue areas. Please avoid placing important elements (text/logo/QR code) on these areas to prevent being trimmed, folded, or covered.

📏 1) Size Selection

  • Please ensure the selected size matches your artwork exactly.
  • Incorrect sizing may cause trimming or folding misalignment.

🧾 2) Single / Double Sided Upload

  • Single-sided print: only Artwork–Front Page upload will be shown.
  • Double-sided print: both Artwork–Front and Artwork–Back upload sections will be shown.
  • Please upload the correct design to the corresponding section.

🎨 3) Artwork Design Tips (Recommended)

  • Avoid placing text on fold lines or near pocket edges.
  • If your folder includes a business card slit, keep logos/text away from the slit area.
  • For dark backgrounds, use rich black carefully and keep small text to 100% K for clarity (recommended).

⏳ 4) Artwork Submission

  • Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This is not a split quantity for different designs.
  • All uploaded files will follow the same selected specifications.
