Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins and colour settings.
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent for production.
📐 Bag Size & Layout
- Please ensure the correct rPET bag size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Design should consider the front, back and side panels (if applicable).
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Please ensure the artwork is flattened and print-ready before uploading.
⚠️ Safe Area & Stitching Allowance:
rPET non woven bags require stitching and handle installation.
Please keep all important text, logos and key elements at least
15–20mm away from edges, stitching lines and handle areas.
This helps prevent important content from being covered or trimmed during production.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery timelines.
➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)
- You may add multiple artworks with the same specifications and quantity.
- This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
- All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
