Sheet Stickers: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files, including size, margins, cut layout, and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly for production.

📐 Sticker Sheet Size

  • Please ensure the correct sheet size is selected when placing your order.
  • Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
  • All sticker designs must fit within the selected sheet size.

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 300dpi recommended (minimum 150dpi).
  • Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
  • Ensure the artwork is flattened and print-ready.

✂️ Sticker Layout & Cut Line:
Multiple sticker designs may be placed on one sheet. Each sticker must include a clear vector cut line using a spot colour (e.g. named “KissCut”). Ensure sufficient spacing between stickers to allow accurate cutting.

⚠️ Safe Area:
Keep all important text, logos, and key elements at least 3–5mm away from each cut line to avoid trimming issues.

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) complete artwork file per order item.
  • All sticker designs must be included within a single file.
  • Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected sheet size and specifications.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-off Time

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

  • You may add multiple artwork files with the same specification and quantity.
  • This option helps speed up ordering for multiple sticker sheets.
  • All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
