Beach Flags:
Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, and colour settings.
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly
for production.
📐 Size Selection
- Please ensure the correct Beach Flag size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Incorrect sizing may cause trimming or fitting issues during sewing/installation.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Ensure artwork is flattened and print-ready before uploading.
- Important: If your flag has text, keep it in a readable orientation when the flag is installed (avoid upside-down layout).
⚠️ Safe Area & Finishing Allowance:
Beach Flags require finishing such as hemming, stitching and pole sleeve.
Please keep all important text, logos and key elements at least
30–50mm away from the edges (especially near the pole side and curved top).
This helps prevent important content from being hidden or cut off after sewing.
✅ Tip for Best Results:
Avoid placing small text near the curved top area. For better visibility, use
bigger font size and keep key messages closer to the centre area of the flag.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and flag type.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.

- You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity to save time.
