Kiss Cut Stickers: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files, including size, margins, cut line setup, and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly for production.

📐 Size Selection

  • Please ensure the correct finished size is selected when placing your order.
  • Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
  • Incorrect sizing may cause cutting or alignment issues.

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 300dpi recommended (minimum 150dpi).
  • Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
  • Ensure artwork is flattened and print-ready.

✂️ Kiss Cut Line Requirement:
Please include a cut line in your artwork file. The cut line must be created as a vector path using a spot colour (e.g. named “KissCut”). Do not place important elements on or too close to the cut line.    

⚠️ Safe Area:
Keep all important text, logos, and key elements at least 3–5mm away from the cut line to avoid trimming issues.

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-off Time

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
  • All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
