Tyvek Wristbands: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files, including size, layout and print setup. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the files for production.
🎨 Printing Notice
Wristbands are printed in CMYK UV colour. Please ensure artwork is prepared correctly. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the final printed result.
📐 Size & Layout
- Standard wristband size is 260mm x 25mm.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Please allow space for numbering and adhesive closure area.
- Avoid placing important elements near the edges or closure section.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Avoid RGB colours, low-resolution images, or screenshots.
⚠️ Safe Area & Placement:
Keep all important text, logos and codes at least
3–5mm away from edges and avoid the adhesive closure area to ensure readability and prevent trimming issues.
🔢 2) Numbering
- Serial numbers are automatically generated for each wristband.
- Custom sequences or special data may incur additional charges.
⬆️ 3) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.
⏳ 4) Artwork Upload Cut-Off
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
