✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the size selected on this page.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background reaches the edge.
- Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 3–5mm from trim and fold lines.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

- ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.
📐 Important — Tri Fold Layout
Tri fold brochures are printed flat and folded into three panels. Panel widths and content placement are important to ensure proper folding and alignment.
📄 1) Artwork Layout (Tri Fold)
- Prepare artwork as a full flat layout showing all three panels.
- The inner fold panel is usually slightly smaller to allow smooth folding.
- Ensure front cover, inside panels and back panel are positioned correctly.
- Avoid placing important text, logos or QR codes too close to fold lines.
- Background images across folds may show slight variation — this is normal.
🧾 2) Single / Double Sided Upload
- Single-sided print: Only Artwork–Front Page upload will be shown.
- Double-sided print: Both Artwork–Front and Artwork–Back upload sections will be shown.
- Please upload the correct artwork to the corresponding section.
⏳ 3) Artwork Submission
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM. Late uploads may delay production.
