Contract Booklet Printing: Our team will perform a basic file check on size, margins, page order and colour before printing. Minor adjustments may be made if necessary to ensure print suitability, and the file will then proceed
directly to production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (final print-ready file)
- Colour mode: CMYK (black & white is allowed if your file is B/W)
- Resolution: Minimum 300dpi (for logos, stamps, images)
- Bleed: 3mm on all sides (only if artwork extends to edge)
- Text safety margin: Keep important text at least 5mm from trim edges

Please make sure you select the correct booklet size during ordering. Uploaded artwork must match the selected size.
📄 Artwork File Preparation
- PDF File (Preferred): This is the file we will use for printing. Please export / publish your final artwork into a print-ready PDF.

Please arrange pages in reading order (do not impose spreads). Upload as single pages in sequence.

If your booklet includes a blank page, please keep that page empty in the PDF (do not remove it).

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.
