Hard Stand Calendars: Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins, page setup and color). If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before proceeding to production.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
Artwork size must match the selected calendar size.
Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background extends to the edge.
Safe area: Keep important text & images at least 5mm from trim edges.
Color mode: CMYK recommended.
Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.

📅 1) Calendar Artwork Setup

Prepare artwork according to the selected calendar type and page quantity.
Include all pages (cover + inner months) in the correct sequence.
Each month should be clearly separated and correctly oriented.
Avoid placing important elements near binding or trimming areas.

🧾 2) File Upload

Please upload one complete artwork file per order item.
Ensure the file includes all calendar pages in the correct order.
File must be print-ready and match the selected specifications.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.

This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

⏳ 3) Artwork Submission

Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.
