Synthetic PVC Banner: Our team will review your submitted artwork for margins, size, and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the files directly for production.

📐 Size Selection

  • Please ensure you select the correct banner size when placing your order.
  • Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Preferred file format: PDF (recommended), AI, or high-resolution JPG.
  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
  • Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or ensure fonts are embedded before uploading.
  • Ensure artwork is flattened and print-ready.

⚠️ Safe Area & Finishing Allowance:
Keep important text, logos and QR codes at least 30–50mm away from all edges. This allows space for trimming, hemming or eyelets (if applicable).

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and finishing option.

📦 Multiple Files? Please Upload as ZIP

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

  • ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
  • ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
  • ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.

This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off

  • Artwork files must be uploaded before 5:00 PM. Late uploads may affect production and delivery timelines.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your artwork via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity to save time when ordering multiple designs.
  • This option does not support splitting quantities for different designs.
  • After checkout, only one product summary will be shown. All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
